Interested in dairy free, refined sugar free, and gluten free desserts? Our wholesome desserts class will teach you how to make three cakes with a more wholesome nutritional profile.
Each cake will be carefully demonstrated with helpful hints and tips along they way to substitute common ingredients such as butter, milk and refined cane sugar. Students will sample each dessert and go home with an accompanying recipe booklet.
